The beatings will continue until the morale improves.... :pimp:

Congrats, hopefully the Docs will release me soon. And I finish these 5 stock cars I've committed to....
More progress on the next Hillbilly Hotrod.
Before I do another couple of non Miata fab gigs, here's how the folks in KC, MO try to improve air intake. Boys, stick to BBQ. Guarantied (or is it Garr-un-teed?) to soil the armor of the spirit and intent crowd.

Thanks John.

There is one new contingency program all Spec Miata racers should be aware of, and that's the new structure from Toyo that pays "Toyo Bucks" to competitors who finish not only first through fifth, but also for positions 10 through 14, depending on the number of cars on grid.

First place finishers get $300 in Toyo bucks, with $200, $150, $100 and $75 for second through fifth place. 10th through 15th get $50 apiece of there are 19 or more starters. If the field contains 9 through 18 starters, that prize money drops a little, but is still offered back to 14th place.

There are more details to the program, so I've included links for your convenience, but realize this program applies to all regional races.

First SoCal race is one month away at Auto Club Speedway March 3 and 4. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks.

I just checked the event roster, guys, and if we don't get more cars, John Mueller might actually have a chance to get on the podium. Do you have any idea how insufferable he would be if he actually got a trophy? I don't even want to imagine it.

He'd get the most Toyo bucks, too.

So far, we have six cars. We'll need more to wave the Mazdaspeed flag at Auto Club Speedway with any shred of dignity. Click here to register:
