Hmmm....maybe there should be a NASA West Coast SM Challenge (Buttonwillow, Laguna Seca, and The Ridge).

Interesting Mike that none of the NASA Norcal guys have chimed in with their thoughts. I would be interested in how their own personal experience with NASA has been. Lots of the Norcal guys raced with both NASA and SCCA...I for one would like to know how they compared.

May 4-5 Pacific Raceways

June 1-2 The Ridge

July (13-14 or 20-21) Portland International Raceway

August 10-11 Oregon Raceway Park

September 5-8 Miller Motorsports Park – NASA Championships

September 14-15 Pacific Raceways

October 12-13 Portland International Raceway

Interesting Mike that none of the NASA Norcal guys have chimed in with their thoughts. I would be interested in how their own personal experience with NASA has been. Lots of the Norcal guys raced with both NASA and SCCA...I for one would like to know how they compared.

I'm a rookie BUT I can tell you that a lot of the guys I talk to at NASA , don't race SCCA because it requires taking a day off work due to the 3 day SCCA schedule ..

That schedule would be a wet dream for NWR to put on, purely due to money. It'll be interesting to see if NASA can manage it at a profit, and then to see how.
