Pretty cool tech.

When the No. 4 Corvette C6.R beat out a field of Ferraris, Porsches and Vipers at the 12 Hours of Sebring earlier this month, the ‘Vette had a leg up on the competition. It wasn’t extra horsepower or super-sticky tires that gave the drivers an advantage, but a handful of sensors and a PC running Linux.

Cool stuff.

My son's company/office in New Hutson is next door to Pratt-Miller.

First time I went to his office several years ago a Pratt-Miller semi was traveling down this very narrow windy road. At the office, son, what's the Pratt-Miller semi doing down this road, their the neighbor. If the temperature is just right he is allowed in now and then.

A little more development and we could get rid of the driver all together. Just program the car to race by itself.
