Just pulled these. Don't know how long they've been in there, but I'm guessing not more than a year based upon the prev owners maintenance history. Any comments appreciated.

IMO, a year is too long between changes for the cost.
Running rich which 99 do.
#2 from left doesn't look right, so.

Have you had your injector cleaned/dynoed?
You have the FP Reg on now?
Is your timing plate/wheel slotted now.
Are you going to dyno/tune?

Put new ones for the dyno or whatever tune your going to do.
Don't gap, I hear cooler plugs are better.

From left to right

#1; looks like an oil leak around the valve cover gasket
#2; looks like water in the spark plug well, could be from pressure washing the motor and not blowing out the wells. Or could be more????
#3; definately leaking oil
#4; slight oil leak

Based on yellow residue around base of porcelein, I would think these are older than 1 year. I have found no good reason to spend the money on Iridium type plugs. I tried 7 sets on the dyno and found no improvement over regular old plugs. Iridium/platinum plugs are really hard to read. And your pic does not show what you need to see. To read plugs you really need to "clean cut" the engine. Turn ignition off and put car in neutral at redline, then coast in paddock. If you restart the car you have lost the data. But these plugs look old and fat. Kinda like me

Also check plug wires for oil damage

I'm just guessing at the age as I just bought the car last summer. Just changed the plugs with ones bought from Dave W. I havent touched the injectors and still have the stock FPR and stock timing. Going to do the tuning in a month or so.

No signs of oil on the plug wires--real dry.
