Anybody know anything about when the new Traqdash color touchscreen system
will be available? The number on their preorder page goes to an
answering machine that is full. I am reluctant to put down $700+ dollars downpayment
without some idea of when I might get it. Next week or next month or 3 months
from now would definetly influence my decision as I am nearing the point where
I need to get something installed.

Thats late for the start of the season and thats if your first on
the pre-buy list. If its even later or your last on the list it could be a long wait.

It would be sweet if they would sell us the base system now to use until the
touchscreen is available and then sell the screen for what the system
price would be if you bought it all together.

Was wondering the same thing. Had other questions too, so I emailed. Got no response. So rather than paying to be an early adopter, I'm going to sit back & let others beta test it.

You can buy the base system now; the new dash is a plug and play add-on, just like the current display.

Just make sure you get one of the newer/updated sensor units with the locking connector.

There are 2 options for pre-order:
-Dash only
-TraqDash complete system with Sensor unit and Dash


From what I understand when I asked how the new dash was being handled with the dealer network, the pre-order is for the first batch of units available end of March, so anyone who gets in on the pre-order should get their units about the same time.

Buy your Traqmate from your supplier of choice, and then pre-order the Traqdash display either through the same dealer or direct through Traqmate.
