Alberto...the subtleness of the comment made it very clear to the offender where he stood...it was said quietly, calmly and without hesitation. No yelling, finger pointing, accusations or argument. Being passive and diplomatic and actually being listened to is always the perfect scenario...but we live in the real world which doesn't always translate. Racing demands respect at all skill levels...it does not require friendship. Amazingly, out of mutual respect, grows great friendships at times. 

 

BTW...this was a specific example and I don't want to stereotype...there are plenty of middle/old aged drivers who cant drive worth a sh*t and would benefit from listened to a few of the young guys!
