Why don't we try standing starts?

Mx-5 Cup has actually gone back to doing rolling starts on one of the two races we do each weekend, and the official reasoning behind it was that the standing starts were intially adopted to decrease crashes and full course yellows, but this year we've had so many fcy's with standing starts they thought they might as well bring back rolling starts. Food for thought..

thats why.. we can't even get rolling starts right
We know Jim likes to roll on the throttle when he is on the pole could you imagine what his standing start would look like.
