I started this post and then did a search for shop manual in the SCCA rule book pdf.
I came up with IT classes and showroom stock classes must always have a shop service manual to show tech.
I take it SM does not require this?
But does anyone have any recommendation anyways ?

Yes, in SM we are required to have a factory shop manual on hand. Depending upon the year of your car, some of the manuals are getting hard to find.

Copy a friends manual equal to your car. IIRC cost $35.00 double sided at Office Max.

Check on ebay. They pop up from time to time. That's how I got mine.

A .pdf formatted manual will suffice. These are available from most any place. I have a copy I would be willing to email to drivers.
