First post.

Going to build a 99 Miata.

My friend has a 90-93 Spec Miata suspension in the box that I could have.

What is the difference in the model years' suspensions?

I see that they have 3 different part numbers.

Thanks,

Jim

If you're referring to the Mazda Spring/Shock/Sway bar kit, then the springs and shocks are all the same for all model years.  Rear sway bars are also the same.  Front sway bar for '99 is a different bar than what's in the '90-'93 kit.

Thanks. That's what I wanted to know. So all I have to do is source a front sway bar, and I can use that kit.

One question down, and 999 more to go.

NOLA is sort of a home track for me; I have done NASA and PCA HPDE's there with my DD/DE car.

I'm going to go to NOLA March 7,8 to see how you big boys do things, and take pictures.

Hope to learn lots of stuff.

Jim

ps: Dave W. I bought the book before I bought the donor car. Just have to read it more carefully!
