Hate to threadjack but I would also be interested in a set.  The RA1's that I have now I bought with the car.  They are in good shape tread wise but unfortunately are over 7 years old...

Obviously please reply to Caveman first.  I would be happy with a set after he is taken care of...

I have a set with VERY little time on them. Have been stored inside at my office for the last two years. Fifty miles east of Columbus.

Is 7 years the age where they start going bad or become a risk to use at high speed? We've had ours for well over 10 years and haven't used them in at least 5, but the weather forecast makes me feel like we'll be needing them this weekend. Should this be avoided? Probably a dumb question, but it never hurts to ask.
