Hi all,

 

I'm new to the forum (and to SM racing in general).  I'm interested in checking out a SM event in the near future so that I can see what it is like and all about.  I'm considering getting involved as a racer but want to watch first hand before I get too far.

 

Any advice about upcoming events in the Connecticut area over the next couple months would be welcome.

I live in the Ridgeway neighborhood and work a few blocks north of downtown (my commute is 6 blocks).  What about you?

Lol you are not kidding this sport is like being on drugs.

 

All I do after and before work is read, read, watch videos, read, race, and read squiggly lines on my laptop reviewing data.....

I live up on Long Ridge 5 minutes North of the parkway. 

Just look for my Motor home and White enclosed Trailer with a plumber figure running.

I remember Long Ridge Rd...used to work in Stamford...loved the Merritt Pkwy at 5:30am, hated it at 5:30pm.

Haha--Sounds great.  I've got a long way to go to get there, though.  I have no training, licensing, or equipment, so I'm basically starting at zero!
