rain set up?.sway bar disenable ?

hi everyone
i will be going super school on the up coming weekend at buttonwillow socal.and it's look like it will be raining so bad .
this gonna be my first race (if i can finish the school).
and i am new with the sm.

my question is how u guys set up it car once it'S rain ?
i have heard some people disenable the sway bar.wil that help?
or any other suggest?

if the track is very wet (standing water) making the setup as soft as possible slows down the weight transfer of the car and makes it easier to control. You have to be able to wait for the weight transfer..... In other words, it will drive more like a street car so this setup change requires a driving change to work. A much bigger difference is made by making sure your FULL TREAD tires are properly inflated (most like high pressure around 40 psi) The tires will not get very warm if it is really wet and higher pressure helps get rid of water. I have run on my normal setup with rain tires and on dry tires with my wet setup because of changing weather. I prefer just making the right tire choice and leaving my setup alone. Slowing down earlier and getting on the gas easier. Talk to your instructor and see what he says.
