Shudder when engaging clutch - Video

If you listen closely, as I accelerate from a stop, there's a rattle/shudder as the clutch engages.  I looked at video going back a few races, and this just seems to get worse.  Once on track, nothing is noticeable.  Shifts smoothly in all gears.  

 

With the car on jack stands, it seems worst at the tail of the transmission.  Removed driveshaft, and shudder disappeared.  Drained tranny and diff fluids...look good.  Any ideas?

Transmission tail shaft bearing or drive shaft U joint.

I'm sure Dave wheeler will be by shortly, he had a busy track weekend.
