Truth?  First you claimed the sentence would be less than half.  That's not the case.  You claimed the restitution didn't include all the funds.  That's not the case.   What you're left with is your opinion.  These are things that are easily verifiable yet you're willing to bypass the facts in order to support your position.  It's ignorance or dishonesty or a combination of the two.
