I just discovered this, yesterday.
Its a site that allows you to track operating time/distance on your racecar. You create the parts, decide the schedules (based on run-time or distance). It can automatically read data-system files from AiM, MoTeC, and Race Technology. You upload the files to a specific dropbox folder and then it will read the files and update the runtime/distance for all parts in the database. If you don't run a data system, or run something different then there is a manual input option to record time/distance on the car.
You can configure it to send you alerts (via email) on parts that require action.
Actions can be setup as periodic replacement (eg for fluids, belts, etc), or inspection (hubs, shocks, brakes, etc).
The UI seems to be pretty reasonable. It doesn't require an excessive number of clicks and actions to enter the requisite data. I only stumbled on it yesterday, so I don't have much experience with it. But, it took me about 10 minutes to enter most of the parts that I might be interested in tracking.
It has a reporting system, but they don't show any sample reports. So, I'll have to log some data before I can see how useful those reports might turn out to be. The manual says that the report contains all parts changes, run time, and log entries between the dates requested.
Monthly subscription for a single user (supports 2 cars) is $5.50. There are larger tiers for teams/shops with more cars.
I have no affiliation. I just ran across it, and thought I'd pass it along. I've been looking for something like this for a couple of years, and thought about creating one myself once-upon-a-time. I never got around to it, though...and this seems close enough to what I was thinking of doing. $6 / month is below my pain threshold.
