Fuel Pressure Regulator (99-05)


This regulator is engineered to work the same way Mazda designed the original system to work. With one regulator, with a return back to the tank. This ensures proper regulation of fuel pressure/pulse to the fuel injectors. Other products on the market piggy back a second regulator that does not return excess pressure to the tank but bleeds it off with the injectors opening and closing. This can cause an uneven pressure and pulse that the injectors can see, which can lead to fluctuating A/F ratios. In addition, regulating the fuel pressure by constricting the orifice size is tuning on the razors edge. You are limiting both the volume as well as the pressure of fuel supplied to the engine. This system does not limit the volume of the fuel, just the pressure it is delivered at. A large fluctuation of temperature when using "other products on the market" can lead to an extreme lean condition which can have catastrophic results, usually ending with an engine failure.
This kit is made to the highest standards using AN 6 and OE quick disconnect hardware. No hose clamps are used in this system at all. There is also no cutting or modifying of the OE hoses. All hoses are professionally made custom for the application and crimped to the fittings. The regulator is made by the leading manufacturer of fuel systems. This kit comprises all the best parts possible. Don't be fooled by cheaper inferior products on the market.
Our regulator is mounted in the trunk and not in the engine compartment. By mounting the kit in the trunk we keep it away from the heat of the engine compartment which can effect the temperature.
Adjustment is simple with one screw and the kit comes with a liquid filled gauge to monitor your pressure. There is also an additional un-used port on the regulator which can be used to add the optional fuel test port kit fitting.
Monitoring and tuning your AF ratio can help get the most performance out of your engine. This is the kit to have.

Cartek Battery Isolator


Finally a way to provide multiple kill switch locations. Cartek battery isolators are used extensively in high level sedan and formula car series. The installation process inserts the isolator on the negative side of the battery circuit which is safer unlike most methods that involve breaking the positive side of the battery connection.

The Solid State Battery Isolator from CARTEK is a very small and highly reliable alternative to the traditional mechanical master-switch and has been designed to overcome all of the problems and restrictions associated with mechanical and electro/mechanical safety cut-outs. When fitted to a race car our Solid State Battery Isolator simultaneously isolates the battery and kills the engine immediately when triggered in accordance with FiA safety regulations. Isolators can be supplied stand alone for connection to customers own switches/buttons or as full kits with high quality, fully waterproof, internal and external buttons and safety stickers. This system has also been designed to simplify installation thereby saving time and reducing build costs. The CARTEK Battery Isolator is designed to be chassis mounted close to the vehicle’s battery and allows the heavy current power cables to be kept as short as possible. Typical installation requires one external kill button and just one internal on-off switch which are all interconnected using thin, low voltage wiring. However, the flexibility of this system also allows additional kill button/devices to be incorporated as well as full operation using just a single on/off switch if necessary. Microprocessor controlled incorporating false trigger detection, internal temperature monitoring and short-circuit protection offer unprecedented safety. At just 120g this Isolator is also incredibly light.

This version supports cars up to 200A / 2.5 Liter engines. The GT Model supports up to 450A / 2.5 Liter or larger engines.

Brake Banjo


An Iron Canyon Motorsports exclusive. We needed these for our cars and had a few extra manufactured in the process. Nobody but ICM has a 303 Stainless Steel banjo bolt with a 1/8 NPT fitting for a M10x1 threaded master cylinder. We know. We looked Posted Image. The ICM Brake Pressure Sender Adapter replaces an existing banjo bolt on the master cylinder and allows the use of a 1/8 NPT pressure sensor for measuring braking force. No cutting of critical brakelines or introduction of additional failure points in a critical system. Some are even drilling and tapping the master cylinder to install a sensor. As our class doesn't allow use of a proportioning valve you really only need to monitor a single point to pick up the brake pressure. Clean and easy.

Power Steering Plugs

Brake Calipers


These are fully rebuilt and powder coated black. The emergency brake mechanism has completely been removed from all the rear calipers. These calipers are prepped to have as little drag as possible. They will look and perform better than any caliper on the market. These are the same calipers we use on all of our cars. We have these calipers available for SM's 1990-2005. Each caliper is sold separately and the core charge is per caliper. Front calipers are $125.00 per and rear calipers are $150.00 per caliper
