Hope to make it to Grattan next year - fun track.
They had one of those huge BBQ pits that is built on a trailer and pulled behind a truck.
Grilled Beef Loin
Grilled Chicken
Had the best sauce/seasonings on each of those.
Beans and corn in a sweet sauce.
Chips and salsa.
Flour tortias.
Just awesome.
Second best track meal that I have had was Gingerman, I think last year (maybe the year before). They did an Italian Wedding dinner.

I understand, Congrats to the worker/participant, great job.I'm not talking about a restaurant here. I'm talking about the worker/participant Saturday night dinner that came with my race entry. The West Michigan Region went all out for this thing. Impressive.
