Just thought I'd post up a few pictures of my new to me car trailer. It's a 36ft with a separate living quarters. My wife likes to come to the track and this should make the weekends more comfortable. I'll be trying it out in August at Thunderhill. I'll have the A/C on full blast and if parking permits both awnings out for those that want cool air or shade.

The trailer is a tank. Dry it weighs 8500 lbs. There's no wood at all in the construction. Floors are aluminum and the walls are .050 aluminum. No screws in in the sides, rather rivets like a semi trailer. Walk on roof with observation deck. 2 side awnings, the larger one is 18 feet. 7000watt Cummins/Onan genset.

Looks awesome! I hope to be there with my #4 PTE Miata and a 22ft Exiss. If you're offering A/C and shade I'll definitely be on the lookout for you! I'm dying to upgrade my '01 140Kmi Tahoe K1500 to better pull the enclosed tag trailer. Very jealous of your set up! I'll probably be running down and back to the Holiday Inn Express and that is likely to mean my wife stays home...

Pets are welcome. We might have our dog there as well.
Todd was referring to himself Nice looking rig. We had to buy tires so I put off this purchase for another month

Oops.
Thanks. Got a chance to go through it over the last few days. A few projects to get done before August.
1. Main awning fabric was ripped and the awning removed from the trailer. New replacement fabric on the way from Dometic.
2. Winch was broken. Power out didn't function. Ordered a new Superwinch and will get that installed as well.
3. Shore power cord used a twist lock style plug (like you see on most generators). Replacing this with a 50amp RV style connector. Also bought another 36ft cord because I remember from my last trip to Thunderhill the power stations are sparse.
4. Table in the living quarters is bolted just to the galvanized floor, which lets it flex just a little. I'm fabricating a 1/8" steel plate that I can anchor underneath the trailer to the frame rails.
Will probably get all but the awning done this weekend. It's always fun to have new projects.

Satire is primarily a literary genre or form, although in practice it can also be found in the graphic and performing arts. In satire, vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, and society itself, into improvement.[1] Although satire is usually meant to be funny, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit as a weapon.

Nice trailer. I think I'm finally decided to get my own. I've been renting from UHaul for the last year since I don't have a place to store a trailer.

Got a few things done today.
1. Built a brace underneath the floor for the table pedestal. Reduced the flex considerably.
2. Winch installed. Plate on the underside is bolted to the frame.

Holy cow, 50 amp cord is huge.

Had some more time today, so I modified the bench seat so I can have more storage.

Nice! What do you tow it with? Looks like a 1 ton Silverado in the pics.
It's a 2005 F350 DRW.
