this is good news for racing fans ( IMHO,, ok fire away!!!!)
I think we'll have to see how the consolidated series will look. Will it have a good balance between manufacturers and privateers? Will they combine the schedules and end up with a NASCAR like 36 weekend schedule? Or will some tracks get dumped and more added? Can we hope/pray that IMS brings a NASCAR road course race to Road Atlanta?
I'm cautiously optimistic.

Just you wait until they realize they have to change to a different tire, their weights/plates, and patches on their suits. The Grand ALmonds Series teams will be bitching up a storm.

I'm all for unification of the series, i just hope NASCRAP doesn't screw it up like everything else it touches.

I was just about to say GAS will have to compete with the GASS stockcar series until I realized the acronym you spelled out is really GALS.
