I'm just curious and watching from the fence. I counted just a handful of B-SPEC cars in the Pacific Northwest and at least 3 of those were from British Columbia. The cars were relatively slow in their run group but it looked like fun. How's the class doing in other parts of North America?

I think a B Spec Honda Fit took third overall in the just concluded Cascade 8 Hours Endurance race in Portland...but I heard they only only needed one pit stop for fuel.

There are two car which are complete that I know of right now, a Mazda 2(the car I drive), a Honda Fit, and a 3rd which shouldbe reasdy to go at the beginning of next year a Kia Rio.

At the Supertour event at PIR the honda and I finished ~.5 second apart after an entire race nose to tail, it was great. I should be able to attend more events next year around the region with the 2 and I am planning to making the Pro events that come out west.

I heard Leo and crew did great at the enduro and fuel economy is a strong point of the b-spec cars. Really cheap to race.

We raced 5 BSpecs last week at the FARA Championship races in both the Sprints and the Enduro and had a great time.

I too saw the grand am report but it does not really bother me since I am not allowed to run Grand Am till 16 and already made a plan with the rest of the team to run all the World Challenge races for 2013

At the FARA HMS event, they ran so close together, that when passing them, one had to pick the right place at the track to pass them all 4 at the same time!
