No worries Michael, thick skin here remember I have been known to hang out under the ESR tent where you don't last long if you don't have thick skin :)

Congrats to you also on your podium in the big one!  At one point while I was watching and you were p2 with a few to go I was sure you were winning it!

I thought the same thing then I got ESR'd  was a great race to be part of.  Thank you.

Yeah, that ESR on ESR stuff gets pretty dicey during a race.  I wasn't sure if I was in the middle of some inter-team dispute or if that is just how family treated each other.

And by ESR'd,,I meant it as a compliment.

Dang, I am happy to sit down this evening and have plenty of racing  wisdom to read. Pre-runoffs I was bored to tears, this is way better.

Just to clarify, I was just commenting on the move with 2 wheels off on the start, and the drive throughout the race. I have no clue if he went early or whatever. It certainly was aggressive and a little sketchy, and I agree and understand that it could have been nasty if he had hooked and sprawled taking out a dozen guys. That would have been awful and certainly not worth the risk in any manner and he would have been SMshamed for taking this risk had it gone bad, but in the heat of the moment that he found himself in it worked out and he drove a solid race thereafter it looked like.

Congrats to Todd on the win, Preston and Ross on podium. Incredible race to watch, and an annual highlight. Looking forward to next year.

take a look at 10:26 and look at rear camera to see how well passing in the grass works out :(

As usual, there's two sides to many incidents. I'll throw out what I view after I slip on my thick skin. A car dropped two left wheel, lost momentum, turned right to enter corner, passing car had momentum and grassed it to make the pass. But then, there's always the Bench Racer confusion.

If I had the talent to be at the pointy end, I'm happy it wasn't me in the dropped wheel car. :yep:

Was that English?

Why, yes indeed it'd be English from an Englishman. (Key the mic, LarryKing) So sorry, you'll need to check Ron Allen's acronym list or touch base with Ron. :rotfl:

The acronym list is Johnny's, and none of those are listed in there.

Golly, Ron's list must not be a complete list.

BF hounds = Butt Fudging hounds.

BCDT = Bumper Cover Destruction Test.

BC passed test = Bumper Cover.

:scratchchin:  Anything else.
