Clutch to floor

Sadly, my NA's been in storage for two years and I just trailered it cross-country to my new pad.  Last time I drove it, it was fine, now the clutch pedal goes to the floor with no resistance.  Reservoir fluid level is OK and no leaks.  Reading herein, I think I'll replace the slave, master cylinder and add a flex line (I think all are original equipment).

However, the task du jour is to get it off the trailer and in the garage.  Repair is a bit complicated because it's stuck on the trailer and I need to DRIVE it up my steep driveway.

What is root cause with that symptom?  And where can I get a flex line?

Lets start with the easy part. Flex line, Advanced Autosports, (608) 313-1230. 

While on trailer get another person to push the clutch pedal while you watch and feel the slave rod which touches the clutch arm for movement however slight the movement may be. If no movement it may be fluid has leaked from the slave or from the master cylinder down the firewall inside the car.

I'd say that it's probably the slave.  

Since the clutch isn't working, you can probably start the car in gear and drive off.  I did that once when the clutch failed on a car.  I turned the ignition off at each traffic light, slid it into gear with the car off, started the car and drove off in that gear.  I think I would start it in 2nd gear and give it lots of throttle.  YMMV

Not sure I'd try it in reverse.  Maybe push it off the trailer instead while someone sits inside and tries to brake.

To back it you can pull the fuel pump fuse or similar. Then back it off with the starter. Easier to control for tight quarters than starting the car
