SEDiv SCCA invites you to join us for the annual Majors/Double SARRC at Roebling Road Raceway on June 27 & 28. The entry fee is $395 plus any SCCA class compliance fees. Registration is now open at https://www.motorspo...division-785473 All Runoffs classes will receive Majors points and may sign up for SARRC points. All GCR classes are competing plus all SEDiv regional classes. Please enter as soon as possible. Credit cards will not be charged until the event starts.
We are aware of concerns regarding Covid-19 and are taking steps to make sure that everyone is safe as possible. We will be streamlining registration and tech to avoid lines. We will send you details as we get closer to the event. We will have a supply of masks for those who may need them and have hand sanitizer available. The track food service will be taking steps to make sure all food is prepared properly and served in a safe manner. Please support them. They really support us and are SCCA members.
We are planning a Saturday night social with entertainment. We will be serving boxed dinners featuring rotisserie chicken. We will have a supply of tables and chairs but are suggesting that teams and workers bring their own chair and table. We will award a free race entry to the team with the best decorated table and cash awards to the workers. For those who may not want to sit in the social area, take out dinners will be available. Of course, we will have some adult beverages and soft drinks. There will be free ice bottled water and ice cream available all weekend at various locations including our hospitality tent. Trophies for the event will be mounted action photos of your race car and available at hospitality.
We have been in contact with several local hotels and received assurance from them that they will make certain all their room will be sanitized for us. Two hotels have offered us special event rates of $69 per night, Thursday thru Monday. I have listed them below along with the contact information. Ask for the SCCA rate. I do suggest that everyone bring their own pillow from home. I certainly would.
If you have never raced at Roebling Road, I can assure you it is a fun track. It is owned and operated by the Buccaneer Region SCCA. It is 2.02 miles and has a lot of run off room. There are electrical hook ups available on a first come basis. In 2018, we had 250 drivers at this race and there was paddock area still available. There is also a limited number of covered pits and you can contact the track for details. The track is located 7 miles west of I 95 off US 80 and just north of I 16 at Bloomingdale Ga. Roebling Road will be conducting an open test day on Friday June 26, no reservation necessary. The paddock will be open for access on Thursday. We will advise all who are registered of the exact time closer to the event. The track contact number is 912-247-0472.

To get these rates, you must reserve by 6-11-2020. We also have an option on 50 more rooms at the Holiday Inn Express at the same location as the Wingate. But, that is only is we fill the LaQuinta and Windgate.
