Went to pick up more car parts at Summit. Cashier tells me my order I placed last night had been shipped. I tell the cashier I had asked for retail pick up. He looks at it more and goes "it looks like we shipped your order to ourselves" slow clap summit.... Slow clap

Pretty sad when a local parts company will email you and say you can get a discount on shipping since they don't offer local pickup. Then you call to order and you are told they don't discount shipping. Thanks for losing any of my business with you. I would rather spend more money with someone else knowing I get good service.
