Who makes a nice windscreen for the production car Miatas? I've just got a cheesey piece of plexiglass.

Mine came with the car when I bought it. It has a Pennon Composites decal on it. Very light weight carbon fiber, but $550.

I've seen a flat piece of acrylic(Plexiglas) or polycarbonite (Lexan) used on some other cars (Prill, Prather) with nice results. A dark smoke color can hide some of the dash wires and other sins.

We used a flat sheet of carbon that a Formula SAE team made for a donation to their program. They do a lot of carbon work so it was good practice for them. I think we donated $100 per sheet they made, which is cheap in comparison but was good for their program. Win-win.

For this car that I asked about, I ended up buying a piece of black Lexan custom cut to size from an eBay seller. I then traced out the curve, cut, drilled holes and mounted.

I bought another roller and it has the Huffaker screen.
