Hi,
I bought TD Pro Race 1.2 wheels with 25mm offset. I did a search and came up with the following NB fender roll conclusions. These NB conclusions assume JD's version 2 setup guide ride height of 4 5/8" (with NB shock hats).

NB Front Fenders
----------------
NB front fender roll not necessary. Just bend in the tabs used to secure the plastic liners that are now in the trash can.

NB Rear Fenders
---------------
Need "mild" roll of NB rear fender lip. Apparently, this takes some muscle since the lip is made of two peices of metal.

Do I have this right? I am lazy and don't want to roll all 4 corners if i don't have to.

Also, I rented the Eastwood fender roll tool and a heat gun to keep paint from cracking. I hope it works.

Would you rather roll your fenders now, at the shop, or later at the track when you have an unexpected interference fit?

Just take your time and slowly roll the lip in, it'll be fine...

So are you saying my conclusions are incorrect? Do i need to roll the fronts as well as rears? Other posts indicate rolling fronts not necessary.

Rolling the fronts is very easy so you might as well do all 4. What happens if you bump something that reduces your camber so the wheels don't fit as neatly under the fenders? Guessing wrong to save a few minutes could lead to a slashed tire and potentially a rather inconvinient blowout.

One more question. There is a lip/ledge in the wheel well where the plastic bumber is attached to the metal body panel. There is a vertical bolt connecting the two peices together. It sticks out 1/2 inch or so into the inside of wheel well towards the tire (see pics). Am i supposed to file it down or make it smaller? It seems like it could hit the tire while cornering but i'm not sure.

Sorry, I have an NA, and that bolt/lip doesn't come anywhere close to my tires on my car. So, I left it alone.

ok - i will leave alone and see how it goes - i am trying 4 7/8" ride height to start and then i'll go down to 4 5/8" if everything seems ok.
