It's $99 with free shipping. 1080p @ 30fps or 720p @ 60fps. Up to 32GB SD storage. They have a $13 remote control accessory, and it looks like it could be run off 12V->USB power. I imagine it has a narrow angle of view, which would be a significant shortcoming. The price has me tempted. I am done with tape. Has anyone tried this camera in a racecar?

My nephew needed a camera, and we happen to have that camera as a family camera so we used it for a race.
Quality was excellent. but it does not have a very wide angle. When I set up a camera inside I really like to not only see out the windshield but the hands on the wheel. this camera barely could catch the edge of the wheel while looking out the window as well.
