Are any mods allowed for the exhaust?

As per SS rules, you may replace with cat back system that follows stock routing and exits at stock location. I am working with a large exhaust manufacturer on a MZ2 system

Thanks Dave. So what I gather that for the time being, is that the B-spec cars adhere to the SS rules in the GCR. How confident are you that items such as exhaust will not change once the B-spec gets it's own class? I am really looking hard at jumping into this (and out of SM).

For 2012, b-spec will be part of SSC, using the rules currently in Fasttrack and the GCR in red.

Also T-3 will not be returning for 2012

For 2013, SSB will be melded into a new T-3, The "normal" SSC cars will be either eliminated or melded into the new T-3. A new class currently refered to as T-4 will be created specificly for the B-spec cars. I think the SCCA has an issue calling the class BS.

I am sure there will be some rules tweeking during the offseason and next year. But I do not expect anything drastic to happen. Door gutting, sway bar end links, weights and possibly some restrictor plates may come into play as competition adjustments.

All this info was learned at the CRB tent meeting at the Runoffs, if I am misinterpriting anything, feel free to correct me.
