?
That was refering to Jet Hawthorn's sweep of the Grand Am weekend followed by my sweep of the Oct. 8th weekend, and it would be followed up by the KID at NL! We have taken a vote and adopted AJ into the full time KISS MY GRASS RACING team! He makes a pretty good crew chief when he gets to track in time get the radio before the race starts! LOL

Don't forget to put chains on your tow vehicles, we all know how muddy the pits get when it rains.
Chains are also good for when it snows at this event.

Calling Jerry Cabe!! what does the regional champ series look like after last week? Are we going to have to bow to King Quick Nip again.
I don't know about bowing, but it looks like he has the SM Championship within reach. I have posted updated results for SM and SRF only on the GLD website (www.greatlakes-scca.org). These are based on the results sheets I picked up for our races. The Official Results have not been sent to me yet by the T&S/Results Chief for the event. Once I receive them and can process them, I will post updated results for all the classes.
Current Top 10 with points
Deerwester 72
Guthrie 66
Webb 63
Hamilton 49
Cabe 48
Hechler 36
Todaro 32
Williams 30
Ruggiero 29
Roderick 28
It looks like I may have to get out the thick bavaclava and go to Nelson.

Thanks Kyle, first half was a lot of fun chasing Bill Biel. Worn-out old Toyos gave up with about 20 minutes to go, Bill drove away, and I was just trying to maintain position at that point.
Denny,
I wanted to ask you if during the Saturday afternoon race you got a little help as you went over the left-hander at T8 at the start of the race? You were behind me that first lap, but it looked like you got all tank-slappy in my mirror. It didn't look like a normal oversteer issue, so I thought maybe you got some assistance from the rear.

I helped the #33 see a different view of the keyhole. Apologized after race, he was very gracious.

I wish I had the patience and technical skills to use all that kind stuff and link it together. I had to have the Traqmate guy sink up all my stuff at the NASA nationals, which was beyond nice of him!

Okay, I'll give you $100 (45*2+10) and even an exta hundred to put it togetther and install in in my car ... of course I'd then need $1,000 in lessons to learn to use it all! Very nice Chris.

Chris thanks for posting that. it is a fantastic view. Rick has the widest car in the region, he and i battled all weekend. It took me 13 mins to make a pass and would not have done it but for a push he developed in turn one. I had a blast
If you can't find grip, find width....Seriously Frank, you drove two great races. I use all I had and it wasn't enough - at leat not on the three year old shaved Toyo rains!.
