I have been hearing of rumblings questioning my results lately. I don't know any names of who you are, but I say this to you! If you are racing against me, you know where I am parked. You know what car I drive! So come right over before the race and bring your tools, look at my RP even bring your calipers to measure it if you like, you can reinstall it sit right next to my car till I go down to grid to be absolutly sure I have not removed it, and then follow me from the track to tech where you can again take your wrenches out and remove my RP to examine!

This for anyone in NASA as well

You will in no way HURT my feelings. I would rather you do this than questions behind my back!

I am also open to you teching anything else you would like to on my car, just be sure if you want to take things apart you know what you are doing and have the appropriate gaskets etc. so that you can put it back together properly when you are finished looking. Remember this you break it you bought it!

This is a 100% serious post! So whoever you are (and I dont know who) take me up on my offer if you have doubts.

Anyone that finishes ahead of me must be cheating! Oops, that is virtually the entire field. You all must be cheating!

Actually, I learned a long time ago that just because someone runs well, does not mean they are cheating. On the other hand, just because someone says they are not cheating, does not mean they aren't. I'm not directing that last statement toward you or anyone else specifically.

There are a lot of gray areas within SM that have been exploited by many. I have my definition of what is allowed, and what is not, and I try to have my car meet what is clearly allowed; not what has passed tech. I've seen your dyno numbers, and have seen you drive. My guess is that your car is legal, but pushes the envelope by my definition. But I truely will never know, and don't care. People earn my respect with good clean racing (as you blow by me when lapping).

Looking at your times last week.
On the Club Course you had a 1:45.656 vs Track Record of 1:44.472 set by Bennett in 8/08 (delta of 1.184 sec).
On the Pro Course you had a 1:43.763 vs Track Record of 1:43.101 again by Bennett in 8/09 (delta of 0.662 sec).
Not out of line in my opinion.

Jerry, Those are SCCA records. Bennett ran a 1:41.614 in the 2007 NASA Championship race, pro course. If memory serves weather was a little warmer than this past weekend.

I dont feel like your are directing your statement at me in the slightest. But what I am saying in this post is I am not cheating and dont believe me cause I say so. Bring your wrenches, and guages, and gasket sets and feel free to go to teching my car so that whoever has doubts can lay them to rest. If this person or persons wants to stay in the shadows, that is fine as well. They can send me a PM, I will never reveal their name, and they can make an appointment to come to my shop and examine the car in private! They can even call me to discuss this if they would like 937-604-4five08. The car is still strapped down in the trailer just as it came off the track, and I do not plan on touching it for at least another week, as I need a brake from prepping miatas.
