Hey guys, new guy here. I picked up my 2001 SE miata in March and have been autocrossing since. Ive installed tokico illuminas and flyin miata springs since I got it and now im looking for the next mods. An older friend recommended I try spec miata forums for used parts so here I am!

I cant find the classified section, if there is one. Am I just blind ? Lol

In case anyone is wondering, im looking for cams, a tuned Ecu, crap rims and slicks for those rims. Ill be heading to Turkey trot to get some throw away slicks (hopefully).

Look at the menu board at the top, second from the end on the right "classifieds"

Sometimes the classifieds hides under a tab called (MORE) not sure why it does this it may be that my lap top is not very big. I have a tuned ECU in my PTE car that I would probably sell when I turn the car into a Spec Miata as I will be unable to use it afterwards.

Thanks for the help. Im in no rush for these parts (trying to do things in steps and get used to each mod as I do it) so im definitely interested in that ecu

Sorry I didnt read your original post good enough. I cant help you with my ECU as it is for a 99-00 car. You will need one for an 01-03. Also as an owner of an 01 and and 03 those cars are a PITA for the ECU. They have a keyring that goes on the ingintion switch and all that stuff must match to work. I lost an ECU on the 01 one time and had to get a new ECU, key code ring, and inginition to get my car running. There is supposedly a way to reprogram the keycode but I tried it a million times to no avail before calling Drago for a whole new matched set of components.

Next year will be a great year for you to pick up Hoosier tires cheaply after they have been run by SM competitors.

Not sure what that is in reference to ? I wouldn't have asked for a tuned ecu for my car anyway, I dont role that way. I have a tuned ECU for my PTE car which is totaly legal and encouraged (by costing ZERO points in PT class). The reason I am removing it should be obvious. I don't want to run the stupid thing in SM unless it is LEGALIZED.

Maybe you know something I dont? maybe not? maybe that post was for Jim's entertainment and not mine?
