B-SPEC Rule Updates

Check out the new B-SPEC rules under the SSC section on pages 4 & 5. Of particular interest are the NEW weights (Paragraph 8 on Page 5).
Mazda2 min race weight is now 2300 lbs. So don't take out your stereo!

I don't think you can get the car below 2250 without getting very creative. We came in at 2279 at the ARRC with a couple gallons of fuel and a 180 pound driver. No ballast and no cool suit.

I have already sent a reply with my ideas for some tweeks to SCCA.
For anyone interested, I will have suspension and cages kits available within a couple weeks.

2. The restrictor plate for the Kia looks a bit small.... 23mm??
Otherwise... looks like a good start!

I dont seel why. Any spring and fixed shock are legal per rules The cars are not rocket science.
