Power loss cracked header?

Ok, so you wouldn't think it woul help to have a cracked header. But how much can it hurt? Seems like the amount of gas that could pass thought that crack would be inconsequential compared to the amount going through that much less restrictive exhaust.

I'm curious because I've been running with a cracked header for half a season.

it's technically illegal as it is a chamber, albeit a very large one. It will cost you power. Sound may be an issue as well. Surprised you got 6 months out of it. If you ever win expect paper :)

I even drove Laguna (93dB) with it! Replaced it with another used header that turned out had exactly the same problem. Now I'm gonna order a new one from MC.
