What is the requiremetn for attending PRI - can you get in with SCCA license? Any one with personal experience


You need to be a bonifide racing/automotive/accessory and unless you have an in with a vendor your racing license won't let you in as a club racer. I couldn't get in with either a IKF or WKA or Nascar Charger license. They want to see a business license or resale permit AND a business card, W2 or paycheck stub. My experience is they are strict but there are ways you can get in. For example if your race team is set up as a business. I was thinking of going to IMIS this year but with things the way they are my time and resources are better spent here cursing working on my donor.

When I do trade show presentations it's always interesting to see what names the trade show coordinators come up with for the "extra" badges. It got so bad at one show they now require photo ID to get your badge holder. I guess there were too many Hugh Jorgans and Ben Dovers signing up for the show.
