Are you kidding me. He can't account for 1.2 billion dollars???? I bet the guy will not even get indited. You hold up a corner store and you will serve 5 hard years in prison. you mismanage 1.2 billion and its not criminal. I got to get a job like that where i can make a 1.2 billion dollar mistake.
