I'm looking to pick up a trailer for my SM - ideally a small enclosed one. Those of you that know me know I'm using a dolly now...not so great. I'd sure appreciate any info on used ones for sale. Thx!

Here's one in the LA area, I don't think its $55 but still doesn't look bad.

Cliff picked up a nice 18' enclosed. I've been tempted to get one too. Haven't seen much pop up on craigslist lately though.
Would your SUV be able to pull an enclosed trailer?

I hope so - it can pull 5k pounds. I thought about that too and I might have to go open trailer unless I can find a light weight enclosed.

You might make it on weight with something 18' or less...but the wind factor is huge! Another thing to consider is just a uhaul rental(open trailer) on race weekends...really not bad and might get you by until you find the right deal.

That's what I have been doing. $55 per day. By renting, I don't need to pay the $100-150 per month to store it somewhere like an RV lot.
However, if I had a place to store a trailer, FJM in San Jose has some decent open trailers for ~$2,000 +/-. Add in ~$7-800 for sales tax, registration and such.
Also, from the SFR links page:

There is this trailer dealer:

Their pricing is pretty competitive, nice selection of different trailers compared to FJM and other local sources and the pre-purchase information they offer is excellent. Great people to speak with.
