Need help identifying a Part

If one of you fellas could help me identify this and possibly even where to acquire it.

As you can see it is the part that the lower radiator hose is connected to. I finished installing my new Mishimoto radiator and hoses and this part that was repaired (Poorly!) by the previous owner started leaking. Help Please! :)

looks like the thermostat housing to me.

Not a thermostat housing. It is actually a water inlet manifold. Same part for all years, except the tube coming out the back is engine size specific. 1.6's are shorter than 1.8s
