Please excuse this post if it doesn't make sense, my head hurts from thinking and banging it against a wall.
Here is the info...
I have installed new hubs and bearings on all four corners. As you know, the rear bearings get pressed into the upright, then the hub pressed into the upright/wheel bearing. My upright is the original from the car, and the wheel bearings and hubs are new (SFK bearings and Damon hubs, just OE replacement stuff). I had them all pressed together by a performance shop down the road and everything went together fine, so I assume. I also changed the rear wheel seals on the uprights after everything was pressed together.
Here is the problem....
Once the uprights were installed, I put the axle nut on with my hand. The hubs spun smoothly and freely. But when I start to put ANY torque on the axle nuts, the hubs wont turn! I even removed the brakes just to be sure that wasnt the culprit. I have been examining the upright and hub and cannot see what could possible stopping it from binding up when the axle nut is being torqued down. And when I say the hub stops turning, there is no grinding, no play, no nothing. The hub is literally locked in place.
If you have any ideas, feel free to let me know!
Thanks!

got different rear wheel seals. I will post pics if they are the culprit.

This is just a guess, but are the hubs fully seated in the bearings? It is possible that is they are not fully seated, when you torque the axle nuts that the inner race is moving out of the bearing and causing the bearing to bind up.
