V2 was purchased by Muda from this forum, after the win at the ARRC last year. I believe he runs in the NE and some select SE races. I also believe that he had the car out at VIR this past weekend

Yes. Why do you suspect it is not? You can't find a chin spoiler anymore, but if you have one, they are allowed.
