I'm sure this has been covered before but can someone explain how to change or add your profile pictures to this site. I some how deleted mine. Please explain in ways a non computer peason such as myself might be able to understand. Also any info on how to add pictures or videos to a post would be great. Thanks from someone is not computer savy.

Click on your "Profile", upper left.
When the window opens, click on "My setting"
You will see "Photo" and the "change your photo" button, click on that.
Select "use a custom photo"
Click "Browse"
Go to the location of your photo and select it.
Click "Done"

As for posting video and pics.
The videos and pics have to be on the interent someplace public like Youtube, Vimeo, Photobucket or in your Pic gallery here.
Yes you have a place for pics here. Upload the same way as above.

Then copy and paste the link to/in your post.
Thats the http:///etc/etc/etc up top on the command line.
If done properly the pic or video should appear, if not you'll just have the link posted.
