I am getting the message seen below when I try to upload a picture.
Not sure what I did or how to correct or delete.
Who can help?

I'm not the expert but how about a smaller file, like under the max (24.21K)

you can only upload so much info, so if you have used your limit. you have to go into your personal settings and delete some of the older stuff or shrink the size of the file that you are trying to upload.
