CALL BOB ASAP!!!!!!For the 2nd straight oil change, I have had no oil in my oil filter when I removed it. Not a drop. You can turn it over on a piece of paper and nothing comes out. The motor seems to be OK, oil, pressure is good, any ideas, and is this a sign of impending doom. Using redline 30.

"Not a drop" of oil seems odd. The filter mounts horizontally so if the car sits overnight before the oil is changed most of the oil will have drained out but there should be some left inside.
There should be about half a filter full of oil unless you're storing your car with the driver's side door on the floor

This isn't normal, Pat!
When you remove the oil filter, do you get a few dropelets of oil from the filter area on the engine block? If no oil is reaching the filter at all, then I'd lean towards dropping the pan and making sure you still have an oil pickup...

Hopefully your not using a fram or some other piece shit filter?? Many don't have check valves and it allows the oil to run back in the engine every time. That means every time you start, it takes several seconds to build oil pressure.. Stearns had a fram filter that literally would not pick up oil pressure for over 30 seconds .. This is when we first started and found out it was his $1.49 fram filter that ruined his $5500 engine

Start up, run a few minutes, or all the way until 195F if it makes you feel better, and then take filter off - I'll bet you several $4 trophies that the filter will happily oil down the RH motor mount upon removal, and then you will feel all warm and fuzzy.

with the FF, i remove the plugs, and crank the motor for a few seconds. pause, and repeat until i see (high) oil pressure is showing on the gauges on the car.
only then do i reinstall the spark plugs and run the motor for the day.
I wouldnt do anything if that filter isnt full of oil after cranking the motor a few times.
let us know what the solution was.

You're right. Brain fade. Forgot I always have to put a paper towel down underneath to catch what drips out.

That's better than what I do. I seem to always forget to put the oil dyke under the car and have to kitty litter the garage floor... again...

What brands of filters do you recommend?
