During my little "off" at Thunderhill my mirror came off.. it doesn't appear to be broken but I can't seem to get the darn thing back in place. I think it should just snap in right ??
Any ideas??

If you're running the stock mirror, IMO it sucks.
How about one of these.

At the glass or at the mirror? You should get a big mirror anyways...

Sorry Todd IDK about that one, anything that "clips" doesn't sound strong enough to me.
If you get it clipped back on, maybe tie wrap it too.
Or does that style have rollbar clamps you can order for it?

I assumed your stock mirror came off with the parabolic attached to it...but sounds like just the clip on came off? Ours just has little clamps that tighten onto the mirror with a screw driver...maybe you lost part of it? A little more info next time! They have the parts you probably need at Winecountry...you will be there in a week!

I really like the Allview, but one thing I've discovered is you have to take some time to set up the wide angle mirrors to get the best view.

I started with the Wink that's as wide as the car. Great view of my head. Huge blind spot behind it and incredible panoramic view out the RHS. So wide it's mostly useless. (If someone is up to my RF fender, I don't need a mirror to know.) When I first installed my Allview, I noticed a lot of the same "really wide view but big blind spot behind my head" also. The nice thing is since it's narrower, you don't need to put it in the traditional center of the car location. You can put it farther right and give it some good angle to see more behind and less BFE.

I played with it for a while placing various objects behind my car changing the mirror location, height and angle to get the most useful field of view. It also works great for shooting vids out the front and seeing what's going on behind.

Here is my honest opinions.

I sell a lot of the All-view mirrors. I think they are better than the longacre, five star, etc mirrors. Much more durable and the brackets are flexable (you can bend them fairly easily) for getting the desired mounting position.

Yet in my personal car, I do not use them.

I use a stock mirror, out of a 1.6 car. The design that mounts to the window frame, NOT TO THE WINDOW. I use 2 hose clamps and mount it to the cage, slightly offset to the passenger side. Cheap and easy.

I hope this does not kill my All-View sales. I just got another case ;-))
