In case anyone is looking to buy one, it caught my eye over the weekend. This is the outdoor edition with the Wifi pack. So, you'll still need to buy the roll bar mount.
It seems like a good price, however, I don't know enough to know whether it's worthwhile to get the Hero3.

Yes, in store. I saw it posted on some of the "deals" sites. So, supposedly it is available around the country.
I don't know what's going on with the costco site. I've had trouble with it since yesterday.

I saw them at a CostCo in Oregon a week or two ago. Several days later they were gone. Seems to be on an as-available basis.
