Format for Saturday AND Sunday: open wheel/closed wheel hardship, 12minute Qualifying, 14 Lap Race

Every home race is essentially a double (single sanction except marrs one and labor day which will be double sanction events).

300 points Saturday
300 points Sunday

The only 100 point races will be non feature races. One at Labor Day and one in NJ.

3 sanctions can be dropped.

At away races, we score points like the host. Just like last year.

The volunteer specialties need help. We are at an all time low on volunteers! Consider getting involved or getting a friend or spouse involved.

- Can you explain the single sanction vs double....how does it affect us and should I care ?
- Why does VIR & Charlotte have double tagged next to them on the schedule above?.....(I was expecting marrs1 and labor day to note it based on your comment above)

Except for arcane issues which would only affect Mike, one-vs-two sanctions really affects only your participation count for license renewal/upgrade credit. A single sanction with two races counts as one; a double sanction with one race each counts as two.

What John said....single sanction you get a trophy on Sunday...double sanction you get a trophy on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend format will be exactly the same... It makes it easier for license keepers.

Awesome schedule. Do we know what pricing will be for the summit point 2 day doubles?

Not official but...$275 for a single sanction double. Look for MARRS one to be $25.00 more (its a double sanction race) and look for a slightly higher price on Labor Day.
