Post your video to any of the places common such as Viemo, YouTube, Flickr etc.

Once that is done, go to your video and copy the link (URL) of that page.

Place the link of the video location in the "insert media" pop up window from the tool bar menu.

Hit insert and it's done!

Where is the 'insert media' on the new version of the forum.

there is no need for the media button anymore if you are posting straight from YouTube. just paste the whole link here. (not the embed code, the link) it aoutomaticaly gets converted. This is the prefer method. I hope that helps.
