Here is another Noob question:

 

So if I read that right, once I have a certificate, it's only valid for 90 days.

I guess I have to time when I request it based on when I think I'll need to buy tires.

(So do not send it right away after the race if you don't need tires in the next 90 days).

Looks like you can wait up to 120 days before claiming and then they're valid another 90 days?

Am I reading this right? Also what is the typical process time on their end?
