Introduction

I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Brian, I own a 1.6 SM and, god willing, I will start the licensing process at the Summit Point school in March. Getting my license and going wheel-to-wheel racing has been a life long dream of mine, and it is hard to imagine its about to come true.
My goals are simple, I just want to have fun. I don't expect to run at the pointy end any time soon, but I do expect to have a lot of fun, learn a hell of a lot, and make some new friends. (Note that I've already gotten familiar with many of our local vendors!!!)
Im in northeast Ohio (Youngstown to be exact), almost halfway between Nelson Ledges and Beaverun. I'm an accountant by trade, but don't hold that against me too much.
Look forward to racing with you,
Brian

Welcome. Enjoy your school. Come race in the NE.

Brian - I echo your goals and I'll be out there with you at SP.
Do you also plan to attend the second school at NJMP?

Frank,
Only planning on SCCA right now, although I've run HPDE's with NASA and enjoyed it quite a bit. I'll be at Mid-Ohio sometime this summer, but it will probably be July or August.

Awesome, look forward to running with you. I'm actually doing my second school at Beaverun as it's close to home (can spend the night in my own bed!). First time to SP, been watching videos to try and get the track layout.

I'll be with the Meathead guys, I've asked Mike's guys to crew for me that weekend as I won't be bringing crew. He really is the easy button.
Thanks,
Brian
