A big thanks to Craig Evans for lighting a fire under my butt to get my license current and then giving me a car to drive on Sunday. Thanks to crew chief Alan as well for making it so easy for me. Too bad I couldn't get that same butt up to speed. None the less, I had a ball with all of you driving clockwise. I've been in the Spec Miata game since the beginning and I must say that the level of driving is the best I have ever seen. It makes me proud to be a part of this community.

My Saturday race. Watch for the smile on Jaime's face when I loose it in six.
I haven't uploaded the Sunday race yet. It's pretty entertaining with all the traffic.

Glad you found the community here(or returned)! Don't sell yourself short...you sure didn't seem to lose anything! I made sure you remembered how to get your belts on for the morning practice

Had a great weekend, my first double win. We were dealing with various issues on Saturday and could only qualify 5th, well off of Kyle's pace. In the race I just tried to keep up with the leaders to see if I could get lucky & pass some of them, and that's exactly what happened. I've never had such good luck in a race, but I've had my share of bad, so I'll take it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this was the deepest SM field in NorCal yet this year. Has NASA ever been able to say that? There were 5 or 6 capable of winning on Saturday, and then we added Barry & Vodden on Sunday. It would've been cool to see everyone start at the front, although I'm glad they didn't!
As usual, the BMW's caused headaches for us (starting with the drivers meetings), but that's just part of the game in NASA.
Here's my Saturday race video.

My Sunday race.
I need to work on a race strategy that doesn't involve spinning the car and going off-course.
