August 3-4 (test day Aug 2) at Summit Point. Qualifying Saturday morning and a 20-lap sprint race Sunday, so out early. But the best part is you're eligible for the relay race!
Wondering what the relay race is? It's a 100 lap sprint driven in four 25 lap stints, with a CASH PURSE. No stints may be driven back-to-back, but other than that, you can organize your team however you want, with 2, 3 or 4 drivers and/or cars. Teams do NOT have to consist of cars from the same class. If your best friend runs an ITS car and you know someone else in a Legends Car, great, team up with them.
This works because the grid is determined by looking at the track records for each class and then assigning a handicap. The start will be standing, from pit-out, single file with the slowest team going first and the fastest team going last.
If everyone drove at track-record speeds, all cars would cross the finish line at the same time.

About that cash purse: $1000 minimum guaranteed. Almost all of your entry fee goes to the purse, so if we can get 80 entries the purse will be almost $6000!
We ran this event last October and almost everyone who was in it said it was the most fun they'd had on a racetrack in a long time.

You are correct. You should then also sign up for the enduro you can sign up to an additional 25 or 50 laps.
